Sole founder and chairman of Xian Yang Yongjia Real Estate Development Co. Ltd (China), Mr Zhang began his illustrious career after completing a B.S. in Civil Engineering and then his MBA; at Northwest University in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, China.  Early in his career he surpassed the competition and at a young age Yongzhe Zhang was a multi-award winner for his outstanding achievements and contributions to the real estate industry development and urban construction of Xian Yang City, Shaanxi Province, China. Chairman Zhang has been awarded many honourable titles including by not limited to Vice President of Xian Yang City Young Entrepreneur Association, Vice President of Xian Yang City Entrepreneur Association and the Fifth CPPCC (the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference) member. His career in China leaves him with an impressive portfolio of several large-scale developments in Xian Yang City and Zhouzhi City, Shaanxi Province, China. Almost a decade later, Mr Zhang now brings forth his experience and expertise to Sydney, Australia. Merging his community-minded approach with his large-scale development experience Mr Zhang expresses pride and immense satisfaction in his portfolios.

After graduating from the University of Melbourne with an architecture degree, Tiffany specialised in property development management with a postgraduate from University of New South Wales. Seasoned with an impressive portfolio of projects with top Australian and international marketing firms, Ms Zhang implements a solid foundation of professional real estate development on the local and international stage.
